Stay connected with the Education in Emergency Research Center – an analytical center established in response to the educational losses caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion. We research education in times of crisis, provide comprehensive support to educational institutions, advance inclusive digital learning, and help shape policies that strengthen the resilience of the education system at both national and local levels in Ukraine.
EVIDENCE-BASED PUBLIC POLICY
Policy design: development of evidence-based policies and recommendations for education and science reforms at the national and local level
Policy evaluation: ex-ante modeling and ex-post evaluation, assessment of government and parliament initiatives (e.g. offline learning policies, reform implementation)
Reform support: analytical input for ministries and public institutions to inform decision-making
