Kostiantyn Shokalo

Kostiantyn Shokalo is the Head of the Education in Emergency Research Center (the EiERC) at KSE Institute. He leads the development of research and analytics to support evidence-based education policy, with a focus on education in crisis and recovery. His experience covers education reforms and education governance at the national and local levels, public policy development, applied research, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven and efficient decision-making.
